Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers good rooms at an affordable price, although a bit noisy due to the tram outside. The location is excellent for exploring the city with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. The dining experience is acceptable, with some room for improvement in the breakfast options.
The hotel is very well situated in the city center, super comfortable, and offers a good size room ideal for exploring bars and restaurants around Mitte. The full-length windows provide fantastic views, although the open concept might not suit everyone.
I had to pay for the room, but it was spacious and offered great views over the rooftops. The room was very big, clean, and tidy with friendly staff. However, the service presented a bill 300€ more expensive than expected. The location was perfect right near the metro station with a lively surrounding area full of restaurants and bars. The dining experience was not up to par for a 4* hotel, but the good coffee on the first floor was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was great! The room was very warm, spacious, and offered all the amenities we needed, from international TV channels to good Wi-Fi. The views were fantastic, and the beds were super comfortable. The service was exceptional - the staff was polite, helpful, and spoke English fluently, which was a big plus for me. The location was excellent, close to the heart of Berlin with easy access to public transport and great dining options nearby. The dining experience, though simple, was satisfying, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the windows were difficult to open for fresh air due to a damaged mechanism.
The hotel offers nice and very clean rooms with beautiful views from the window. It has an excellent connection to tram and underground, along with special eco toiletries and tea/coffee-making facilities. The hotel is in a great location near the metro station, surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it very convenient. However, the dining experience might not meet expectations, and some additional charges could arise unexpectedly.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a great AC system and good shower pressure, although the bathroom setup led to everything getting soaked. The location is fantastic, right in front of Tram stop Oranienburger Tor and within walking distance to many amenities. The dining options were varied, but some days were better than others in terms of quality. The hotel staff was helpful and understood English well, though they could be hard to find at night.
The hotel was well priced, clean, and in a great location in Mitte, offering international TV channels, good wifi, a hairdryer, safe, minibar, iron & board on request, and a through wall-sized window. The staff were really nice and helpful, though a bit less friendly and helpful to the hotel administrator. Centrally located for walking and public transportation, with lots of eateries and sites to see and easy transport to other areas, the hotel also had a tram stop at the door making access to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and other areas simple. The Berliner breakfast was very tasty with lots to choose from, and the dining area looked a bit simple. The facilities included dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was nice and very clean, offering a great view over the street and bars opposite, but I also encountered cleanliness issues like finding hair on my bed and a shower area with stains and a bad smell. The location was excellent, right near the metro station with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The dining options were overpriced compared to nearby alternatives. Although the facilities were decent, there were some maintenance issues.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The quiet rooms facing the back yard were big and comfortable, although a bit dark. The service was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The central location near public transport hubs offered convenience, but the breakfast options were limited. The hotel had well-maintained facilities, providing a comfortable experience.
Despite being on a main road and next to a construction site, my single room at the back of the hotel was very clean and spacious. The comfortable bed, great AC system, and good shower pressure made it a pleasant stay.
